Our policy

High Bass Audio takes the privacy of its customers very seriously, and will only collect information in order to fulfill customer orders. We never send unsolicited e-mails to customers, and we do not sell mailing lists or customer information to any other companies or individuals.

Information collected

To process an order, we require your name, e-mail address, delivery address, credit card number and expiry date. For free music we require SoundCloud oAuth, which is used to support our label by liking the music through your SoundCloud account, powered by SoundCloud API.

Security

We are using Stripe to process payments, and we do not store any credit card information on our servers. Stripe is a secure payment gateway that is trusted by thousands of businesses worldwide.
